Cups and Company first opened its doors to Senators, Staffers and Visitors of the United States' Capitol more than eighteen years ago. A limited seating restaurant under contract with the Architect of the Capitol, Cups and Company provides Continental Breakfast, Specialty Coffees, Espresso and Fine Pastries from the basement of the Russell Building on Capitol Hill.

Lunch Service includes a wide variety of by-the-ounce hot and cold entrees, a salad bar with an Asian theme, along with an extensive selection of upscale gourmet sandwiches.
